May 2023 Press Release
ARKHAUS SIGNS LEASE ON DEBUT LOCATION IN MIAMI’S BISCAYNE BAY TO LAUNCH WORLD’S FIRST PRIVATE SOCIAL CLUB ON WATER

MIAMI – May 03, 2023 – ARKHAUS, an entirely revolutionary concept positioned to redefine the members’ club of yesteryear, today announced that the world’s first-ever private social club on the water has signed a lease for its debut location just off of Bird Key in Miami’s Biscayne Bay. The company also disclosed that its luxury, solar power propelled vessels are entering production at the shipyards.
Bird Key, located just off the 79th street causeway and east of Miami’s upper east side, is one of only two naturally occurring islands in the upper bay and the only one that is privately held. Sitting 500 yards offshore, the uninhabited island also boasts a deep history, having been surveyed by the British crown in 1770 and drawing interest from early settlers, ecologists, and entrepreneurs alike.
“Because of the island’s ideal and scenic location right in the middle of Biscayne Bay, we thought it was the perfect setting for ARKHAUS, said Sam Payrovi, CEO. “Our members will be able to enjoy the beautiful Biscayne Bay skyline from an avant-garde, picturesque and sustainable setting, all the while supporting important marine and ecological research that positively contributes to Miami’s vibrant waterways and wildlife.”
To that end, Daniel Kleinman, a marine roboticist and founder of the Seaworthy Collective has been named to ARKHAUS’ environmental advisory board. The think tank for the club’s environmental initiatives will co-utilize the vessels as a space to generate activity and discuss improvements to Biscayne Bay. So, while guests relax in a luxurious and exclusive setting up top, marine biology projects will be conducted under the vessels and beyond.
Projected to open in Q1 2024, ARKHAUS will consist of four, multi-story luxury yachts with spacious outdoor decks, and scenic rooftop lounges overlooking a protected saltwater pool in Miami’s Biscayne Bay. The four futuristic solar-electric structures unite to anchor an exciting new vision where community, innovation, and fun collide. Although the vessels appear to float on water, they are situated slightly above the waterline to eliminate the ocean’s sway. The vessels also feature solar canopies paired to electric propulsion that allows for moving the entire club or individual vessels anywhere along the bay. Its innovative architecture can only be described as the pinnacle of luxury design and sustainability.
To board ARKHAUS, members will arrive and valet at the Club located at the Venetian Marina & Yacht Club located at 1635 N Bayshore Dr, Miami FL 33132. Once there, a tender will shuttle members to and from ARKHAUS on a regular schedule.
The club’s first 180 Anchor Memberships have begun the onboarding process and will be the first to receive access to the club at launch. ARKHAUS will also begin accepting applications for a second location in New York this summer.
Membership is offered at $10,000 per year, with presales ranging from $5,000-$7,500.
